How Actions Become Rewards Points
Being able to track your employees success through the program is critical to your programs survival. Reward Point Matrix
Establish your program goals, then set rewards points in priority of value. This is your "point matrix." For example, a perfect score on your quarterly review could be 50 points. If attendance is your highest priority program goal, then make perfect attendance 10 points or more. Safety isn't a big issue? Make it worth a lower value.

The key to a successful program is communication - employees need to be informed of the specific criteria for reward points.
