and participants can access the site. Most programs set
the user/pass at first, then have participants change
their user/pass after the first log in.

of your administrative consoles, is that you can set varying
degrees of privileges for administative access, controlling
what aspects various administrators can view. Set
privileges so that some administrators can only run employee
reviews, while others have access only to user account
information and reports.
