How It Works

What is it?

Motivation metrics moves your employee improvement plan online. Start off with organizational goals, then reward each employee with points based on defined criteria that perpetuates that goal (such as safety, attendance, performance, etc). Employees redeem their reward points for incentive gifts such as DVD players, digital cameras and much much more. The program calculates and stores the data for you, giving you access to powerful program reporting.

How does this work?

First we establish the goals of your program, then create the criteria to achieve those goals. Want to improve safety? Create point based criteria that you feel will help solve your safety issues. Next, create a review schedule, reviewing employees on a quarterly (or other) basis, giving employees scores on the criteria you have set. The review takes place on-line (which we create for you) with a simple to use admin console which saves all your data. Employees then use the reward web site to redeem their reward points for brand name merchandise. You now have performance metrics - you can measure how your workforce is contributing to your company's bottom line.
